HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose your order with the details on the design,flavor and quantity.

2. E-mail your order to hezrin_ahmad@yahoo.com or call 012-3190784. Please list down the details of your order as below:

a.Name
b.Contact number
c.Email address
d.Delivery address
e.Pick up / delivery date
f.Order item(s) eg; type of cakes, etc
g.Details eg; design etc

3. Just Chocolate will reply your e-mail regarding the total price of your order(and also delivery charge). Please call us if you do not receive any reply within 24 hours.

Note: We would require 48 hours or less to confirm the availability of stock. Your order will only be processed if the payment is made & credited to our account.

4. Kindly please bank-in the full payment (as a proof of order confirmation) to our MAYBANK account as below :

Note: Interbank payment would require 3 working days to transfer. We could only process your order upon payment credited to our account. We would strongly advice payment to be made directly using maybank to avoid any delay.

5. Please let us know that you have made the payment by 'sms'ing us the full details of your payment (date, time, transaction number). Please keep the receipt as proof of payment.

6. Order should be placed at least 7 days in advance (for small quantity of orders) and 2 weeks in advance for bulk orders.
